You may wonder why the weird name for my blog. Simply put, banana Sauce is my favorite condiment – I use it in place of Catsup, I use it for dip with my chips, I use it in spaghetti sauce and I’ve even used it as a topping for Ice Cream.  Unusual perhaps, but I love the flavor and the little extra kick 0f heat makes everything taste just a little better.
